Don your safety goggles! It’s time to investigate the fun, freaky, reactions that occur when chemicals combine. Assumptions will be challenged with observations when experimenting with unknown materials.

Along with cool chemistry, students will be introduced to changing states of matter while observing unique characteristics.

• Subjects: Material Properties, Matter, Scientific process, Mathematics practices
• Grades 4 - 6, with program elements tailored to grade level
  
• For groups up to 30 students per session 
  
• Single Session (90 min) recommended for students in Grades 4-5
  
• Extended Session (120 min) recommended for students in Grade 6
