iSPACE SUMMER CAMPS

From Kindergarten through high school, our hands-on programs nurture your budding astronaut, scientist, engineer, architect or computer programmer. 2026 Summer Camp Registration will open January 23, 2026

SUMMER CAMP OVERVIEW:

Camps are held from 9:00AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Registration is $355, which includes a camp T-shirt.
Extra camp T-shirts can be purchased for an additional $15 at registration.
Campers should bring a small healthy snack, water bottle, and lunch each day.
Campers should register for camps corresponding to the grade they will be entering in the fall.

DATES: Weekly camps from June 1 - July 31, 2026

iSPACE, 10020 Reading Rd. in Evendale
Northern Kentucky University
Xavier University
Paul George STEM Center in West Chester.

AFTER CAMP CARE: iSPACE, in conjunction with our partner Gorman Heritage Farm, will be offering After Camp Care for all Evendale based camps. Click HERE for more information and to register.

MULTI-CAMP DISCOUNT: You will receive a discount of $50 when you enter more than one camp or a sibling in the same registration. This discount is for family only, and applies to camps held at all locations.

REFERRAL DISCOUNT: You can receive a $50 discount on your camp purchase if you refer a friend that also purchases a camp at iSPACE. This family must be a new family to iSPACE and have not registered for any camps in the past. To redeem your discount, please email us at info@ispacestem.org.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

CAMPER CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:

Request for cancellation/refunds must be received at least four weeks prior to the camp session start date regardless of the registration date. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied for each camper for each camp session cancelled. Cancellations within four weeks of the camp session start date will not result in refunds unless accompanied by written doctor's orders verifying illness or injury. Camper tuition is not discounted when campers arrive late or leave early as expenses are contracted for the season and enrollment is limited.

CANCELLATION OF CAMP SESSION: iSPACE reserves the right to cancel any camp session and after-camp session that does not meet the minimum registration requirements. If this is necessary parents will be contacted at least four weeks prior to the beginning of camp and fees will be refunded in full.

CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS:

iSPACE wants as many kids as possible to have the opportunity to attend our camps. However, we know that the cost of camp can be a burden for some families. The iSPACE Camp Scholarship Fund exists to help students attend an iSPACE camp. Camp Scholarship awards are based on financial need and demand for camp is high; therefore, qualifying for a scholarship does not guarantee a camp scholarship award, or a spot in summer camp. This program allows one camp scholarship per child per summer. However, if a family has more than one child, applications can be submitted for each child.
